Summary: When we arrived at the property and tried the code on the keypad that had been emailed to us, it did not work. We called the # for assistance and someone gave us a different code, but it didn't work either. Soon we were given a 3rd code to try, but it also didn't work. While we were waiting for a 4th code, another guest walked up and entered the code and told it to us so we didn't have to keep standing outside in the heat. When we got to our condo, the code for that door didn't work either. I called the help # again and was given the correct door code. Once we had the correct codes, we had no further issues. The condo was amazing and absolutely perfect for our family.
